cy999's Responsible Gaming Commitment
cy999 believes entertainment should always be safe and controlled — our tools and guidelines keep you protected.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online casino and betting can be enjoyable entertainment — when played within the right limits. cy999 places the wellbeing and peace of mind of every player as its highest priority. We believe responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it is the foundation of a healthy and enjoyable experience.
Thousands of our players across Bangladesh enjoy cricket betting, live casino, and slots on cy999 every day. To ensure every session stays safe and measured, we provide a range of responsible gaming tools and guidelines. From setting deposit limits to self-exclusion, everything is right at your fingertips.
Remember — gaming is entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. Before placing a bet, always consider how much you can afford within your budget. cy999 always wants you to play with a smile and step away safely.
Our Protection Tools
Setting Deposit Limits
Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and any request to increase it requires a 24-hour review period — so the decision is well considered.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During the break you will not receive any marketing messages.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can use self-exclusion to block access to cy999 for anywhere from 6 months up to permanently. Once this decision is made it takes effect immediately and the option to reverse it is limited.
Reviewing Gaming History
Log in to your account at any time to view your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history. Maintaining transparency is the first step in responsible gaming.
Real-Time Alerts
cy999 will alert you before you reach a set limit. These notifications help you stay aware and prevent you from going beyond your budget.
24/7 Support Team
For any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, our Bengali-language live chat support is available around the clock. No judgment — just help.

Limits and Protection Details
Deposit Limit Rules
